Coert Baart

Coert Baart joined XebiaLabs in January 2009 as Chief Executive Officer.
For Coert (43), building new business has been a big driver during his career, which he started in 1990 at Dawidenko, a supplier of computer parts. After two years, he started a new company for Dawidenko called Multiplies, focusing on reselling computer supplies  to resellers within Europe. When Dawidenko including Multiplies was sold in 1996, he joined Business Objects. At Business Objects, he fulfilled several roles within sales, sales management and business development.  

 

 

Vincent PartingtonVincent Partington joined XebiaLabs from its start in 2008 as Chief Technology Officer. Vincent (35) has a master’s degree in Computer Science at the University of Amsterdam where he got involved in the then budding Internet scene in Amsterdam. After graduating in 1997, he continued his work in the Internet industry. He delivered his first J2EE application in 1998; a reporting tool for Ryder Logistics. In 2000 he joined marviQ, an ASP Internet startup in the role of architect. He designed and developed their core framework on top of IBM WebSphere. In 2007 Vincent became Business Unit Manager of Xebia IT Architects.

  

 

Michel den BraverMichel den Braver joined XebiaLabs in 2008 as Chief Financial Officer.
Michel (41) has over 20 years of experience within the IT industry. Michel started in 1990 at Oracle and for almost 10 years he fulfilled various finance roles, both domestic and international. In 2000, he joined Broadvision as Finance Director for the Benelux area. From 2003 till end of 2005, Michel was responsible for both the Dutch and Belgian subsidiary of BEA Systems. Michel joined Xebia on January 1st 2006, and combines his role as CFO for XebiaLabs with his role as CFO for Xebia Holding.
